Preperation

Having just got back from the French Alps this Tuesday, I am spending this week running round trying to sort things out, so we are ready to fly out on Thursday. Just thought I would set up this blog so people back home can see what we are up to, what rapids we have run and to have somewhere to keep up a swim count. We are all super excited and cant wait to get out there. Watch this space!
